Returns & Refunds
Because we provide custom printed products we cannot provide returns for buyer's remorse. It is The clients' responsibility to check the provided information on the product page and to ensure the correct selected design and specifications before finalizing the order.
In case of cancellation, it should be within 12 hours from the order's confirmation. After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will be already in the printing process. Please contact us on: info@cardsnation.co
In case of any damage, defect or mistake by us such as sending wrong card, the return process can often be expedited by providing a photo of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the issues), and a picture of the shipping box in full in an email to our customer service team, for it to be reviewed.
